About Akhil:

Akhil Gandra is senior at Westwood High School in Austin, Texas. He is currently enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Program, where he began his journey into the world of programming. While he mostly works with java, Akhil is also familiar with other languages. Akhil was also the #1 ranked debater in the nation and captain of the Westwood debate team for two consecutive years. He enjoys reading philosophy, playing soccer, and writing and is employed at the Victory Briefs Institute as a writing fellow.
